This 8 hour hands-on, instructor-led training course is focused on how to apply the Gallup Organizations Strengths Finder 2.0 to your organizational needs.  The training includes a basic overview of Strengths Finder, assessment of your organizations results, and what this means for your organization, how you work, and how you can best leverage your strengths to achieve your mission and goals.

Communicating for Excellence

This 6 hour, experiential, instructor-led training course focuses on helping individuals understand their communication style, and the style of others.  Using a unique activity to identify communication styles, participants understand the positive and negative attributes of their style and how these play out in the workplace.  This course has gotten rave reviews for immediate impact on how employees work together, communicate, and support one another.  A must have training for every team!
